Summer Program


Kamp Kidzone 2021


Week One: Aloha Summer!

Hop on our Hawaiian roller coaster ride!! This week the students will feel like they are summer camping on an island. We will enjoy learning about Hawaii, and even build a volcano. We will end the week with a Hawaiian Luau that’s full of limbo, dancing, and Hawaiian foods!

Week Two: Back to the Future

Ever want to time travel? We will spend the week time traveling into different decades. We will visit a historic home from the 1880’s. We will end the week with a sock hop dance perfected with a delicious root beer float!

Week Three: Christmas in June

What else do kids love more than CHRISTMAS? Students will feel like they are stepping into a winter wonderland this week. We will have Christmas trees, festivities and more!!

Week Four: Party in the USA

Red, white, blue and everything COOL! This week we will be celebrating the fourth of July.

Week Five: When I Grow Up

What do you want to be when you grow up? Students will be exploring different careers and how they impact our growing community. We will have visitors come and share all about their jobs!

Week Six: All of the Colors of the Rainbow

This week is about to get MESSY! Please leave your nice clothes at home this week. We will be lining a room with plastic so that students can splatter paint without fear of messing anything up. We will make rainbow slime. We will end the week with a powdered color war!

Week Seven: Ahoy!

Pirate Week is back! X marks the spot. Come join our voyage as we go on a search for Kidzone treasure!

Week Eight: Chef for a week

This week students will dive into the kitchen. They will do activities that give them exposure to cooking. Who knows- they may come home and tell you they want to cook dinner.

Week Nine: Lights, Camera, ACTION!

Students will dive into learning the science of videography- filming, acting and editing. They will also put on a talent show that parents will be invited to. At the talent show we will play a video that shows off what a wonderful summer we have had.

Week Ten: Going Back to School is Cool!

This week we will be celebrating the last week of Summer. We will do crafts that they can take with them to school the next week. We will also be visiting the Greensboro Science Center. The week will end with an end of Summer celebration!

Summer Program Information

Summer is a time for exploration, fun, and adventure!  At Kamp Kidzone Summer Camp, that is exactly what we aim to provide for your child!  Our Summer-long Camp is filled with different theme weeks and activities, fun field trips and special guest presenters.  Kids will engage in Arts and Crafts, Bible Lessons, Science Experiments, Sports and Outdoor Activities, Summer Reading, Swimming, and much, much more!  If you're looking for a place to keep your child engaged and growing this Summer, KidZone is the place for you!

$40 nonrefundable registration fee per family. Tuition is $115 per week. This price includes all field trips and special events at Kamp Kidzone.
